All material provided within the App is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using the App, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
When you create an account within the App:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Purchases: Fees for subscriptions, coaching sessions, or courses are displayed within the App and may change without prior notice.
Processing: All payments are securely processed by third-party providers. Omega Longevity does not store your complete payment details.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Medical Coverage: Our programs and services are not eligible for medical insurance reimbursement
All content, design elements, logos, and materials available through the App are owned or licensed by Omega Longevity.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any material from the App without prior written authorization.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
By using the App, you may receive:
In-app messages or updates related to your account, programs, or activity.
Push notifications regarding educational updates, offers, or reminders (if you’ve opted in).
You can disable or modify notification settings anytime through your device preferences.
We do not share user data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Omega Longevity is not responsible for:
Any direct or indirect effects from the use of information or programs provided through the App.
Interruptions, errors, or delays in App functionality.
Actions or services of third-party partners or integrated platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Longevity disclaims all warranties—express or implied—and limits liability for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
You violate these Terms or engage in misuse.
Required by law or regulatory authority.
The App or service is discontinued.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and certain stored data may be deleted in accordance with our data policies.
Omega Longevity reserves the right to modify or update these Terms periodically. Any changes will take effect upon publication within the App. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
